Custom whitening kit questions
1. Practice fitting the trays to your smile.
2. Fill a mug with water and heat it in the microwave until boiling.
3. Dip the tray by the tab into the water for 3-5 seconds. Make sure the tray is soft and the edges do not fold over on each other.
4. Pull the tray out of the water and place it over the upper teeth. Push the tray with your tongue toward your teeth and suck the air out.
5. Once the tray is molded, trim the tab. Repeat the steps above for the other tray on the bottom set of teeth.
6. Fill your trays with a thin line of gel and wear for 30 minutes.
7. Rinse your trays and mouth. Store trays in the storage case.
8. Repeat the process for 7-14 days or until desired results are achieved.
