Prefilled whitening trays questions
1. When ready to whiten, brush and dry your teeth to get your smile ready to glow.
2. The product contains 7 pouches, each containing an upper and lower tray.
3. Insert the upper tray (marked with U) into your mouth gently biting down and sucking the tray. The tray will shape to fit your teeth. Repeat with the bottom tray (L).
4. Wear both trays for 30 minutes for best results.
5. Repeat the process once per day until all of the pouches are used up.
