Virtual Teeth Whitening Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AuraGlow will use, share and protect information in relation to our Virtual Teeth Whitening App, (collectively, the “Service”), and what choices you have about the collection and use of your information.
This policy applies to all users who access the Service (“Users”).
Information collection and use
In order to provide the Service, we will require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, such as a photo. A photo can be provided to us via your webcam, or via a photo upload. We do not have access to any other photos or information other than what you provide to the Service. The information that we request will be retained by us to provide the Service, and used as described in this privacy policy.
In addition, we use third-party analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device to our Service, including the web pages you visit, and other information that assists us in improving the Service.
Log Data
Whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, and operating system version.
Sharing and use of your information
AuraGlow will never rent, sell, or otherwise use your information other than to provide the Service.
At times, your information may be used by AuraGlow for the following use cases:
- provide, improve, test, and monitor the Service
- develop and test new products and features
- diagnose or fix problems with the Service
If AuraGlow gets involved in a merger, asset sale, financing, liquidation or bankruptcy, or acquisition of all or some portion of our business to another company, we may share your information with that company before and after the transaction closes.
Legal obligation
We may be required to use your personal information to comply with the law, like when we respond to valid legal processes or need to take action to protect our users.
Storage of your information
Information you submit to the Service is stored and processed in the United States.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Deleting your data
If you have used the Service and no longer want your information stored or accessible, you may request the deletion of your data by contacting us at support@auraglow.com.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary action.
